  • Our Individual Development Coaching programs focus on aligning individual goals with the goals and needs of the organization. These programs result in improved relationships in the workplace and increased job satisfaction for the participant.

  • Executive and Leadership Programs may be conducted as brief sessions, half-day, full-day, or multi-day programs. Sessions will be designed to address specific topics, company initiatives, or strategic goals.

  • Services include survey administration and scoring, detailed management reports, follow-up to include employee focus groups, management goal setting and strategy sessions.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Nelandra Anselmo holds credentials as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE), and Certified Job and Career Development Coach. As a Learning & Culture Consultant, she bridges mental health expertise and leadership development, partnering with organizations nationwide to cultivate resilient, high-performing teams and healthy workplace cultures. She earned her B.S. in Communication Studies and Sociology and M.S. in Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Oregon State University.
